Specifically designed for metal detectorists, by a detectorist. This is the app we were all waiting for. I got fed up with waiting, so I had a go at developing it myself! I hope you like it. Your feedback and support will be greatly appreciated.This application allows the user to track and record their movements within a predefined area. Searches can be saved and resumed. Additionally, you can also mark/ revisit find spots, and make detailed photo and text records of your finds. My interest is purely in metal detecting. Although I am the designer, I have to hire in people to do the actual hard coding. Love this app it's the very beat app for metal detecting I use it every hunt and I will be showing live action of the app on my next hunt.
Worked great with my Samsung 7. Upgraded phone to Samsung A52s & it no longer tracks. Mark has advised removing from the optimised apps list & so fingers crossed that will work. I hope so because I've found it very useful 🙂
WoW... Talked to the App Designer, identified my issue, fixed it and this App now runs like a dream. SO many features every Deteriorist needs and wants!
I bought the full version to use with my upgrade from simplex to Equinox. This is a fantastic app for those who like to monitor where they've searched and where they found choice items. 4 stars now and the 5th when you add an exit button and users don't have to force-close. Also the ability to edit field names and artifact descriptions would be welcome. Great app -- I use it each time I go out.
Great app. GPS sometimes patchy so tracks not always complete but I guess that's something to do with the satellites rather than the app. It would be useful to be able to categorise finds when recording them: coins, artefacts, other. So you could just then view your coin finds for a given area, for example. Are you still updating?
Hi I had the free version. Then ended up buying the app but I don't no why it doesn't seem to connect as good it loses connection 1/2 the way around the field the free one was OK. I do no if I am doing something wrong

Couldn't do without it when im out detecting. any problems with it and Mark is there to help . A must for any detectorist.
Update.. After using the app every day for three days, it's flipping fantastic. I would wonder how I lived without it, but wondering that makes my head hurt so I won't. Yep. My only gripe is that it doesn't seem to like Marmite. Next version, maybe..
Just been using the lite version on my s8 with no problems. Happy with it so now paid for the full package. Is there a way to put my existing searches onto the full version?
